Filter Bags (Dust Bags)
Fabric filter bags are commonly used in baghouse dust collectors to capture and contain airborne dust particles. Available in a range of materials and finishes, these filters are ideal for industries like cement, metalworking, and woodworking, offering reliable performance even in high-temperature or chemically aggressive environments.

Cartridge Filters
Compact and high-efficiency, cartridge filters are made with pleated media for increased surface area. They are ideal for fine dust collection in industries like powder coating, pharmaceuticals, and food processing, where space-saving and high filtration performance are essential.

Pleated Bag Filters
These combine the structural advantages of bags with the surface area of pleated cartridges, offering higher dust-holding capacity and longer filter life. Used in retrofit applications and systems where enhanced efficiency and compact design are required.

Panel Filters for Dust Booths
Flat-panel filters used in dust extraction booths and workstations. Ideal for capturing sanding, grinding, or cutting dust in manufacturing, automotive, or woodworking environments. These are typically the first line of defense in multi-stage dust systems.

Cyclone Pre-Filters
Cyclonic separators remove large, heavy dust particles before the air reaches the main filtration stage. Used as a pre-filter to reduce filter load and increase the lifespan of downstream filters. Common in woodworking, grain handling, and mining industries.

HEPA Filters (for Dust Systems)
High-Efficiency Particulate Air filters used in dust collection systems where extremely fine dust must be captured — such as pharmaceutical production or cleanroom applications. These filters can capture particles down to 0.3 microns with 99.97% efficiency.

Activated Carbon Modules
Optional add-on modules used to remove odours, fumes, and VOCs from dust collection systems. Especially useful in chemical processing, food flavouring, or spray booth setups where both dust and vapours must be controlled.

Spark Arrestor Filters
Installed upstream in systems dealing with combustible dust, spark arrestors prevent sparks or hot particles from entering the main filter stage — reducing fire risk in metal grinding or welding environments.

Antistatic Filters
Designed to dissipate static electricity buildup in dust collection systems handling explosive or combustible dust. These filters are made with conductive media and are commonly used in grain, flour, or pharmaceutical dust collection.

Bin Vent Filters
Used on storage silos or hoppers, bin vent filters allow displaced air to escape while capturing dust particles. They maintain safe pressure levels and prevent dust escape during pneumatic filling or material transfer operations.
